Can you describe your professional background?
Since 2001, I have been working in the hotel industry, starting as a receptionist before moving on to positions such as first receptionist, reception manager, debtor manager and booking and debtor manager at Les Jardins de la Médina. This diversity of roles has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of all the operational aspects of a hotel.
What are the key skills you think you will bring to a team?
My sense of responsibility and team spirit quickly make me a person that my colleagues can count on. My skills, combined with my professionalism and passion for the hospitality industry, are assets that I put at the service of our customers and my employees. I sincerely hope this contributes to the continued success of Oasis Lodges.
What professional achievements are you most proud of?
Among my notable achievements, I particularly remember the exceeding of the objectives in terms of turnover for accommodation at Oasis Lodges: a success that I attribute to our entire team. In addition, I think my role in the effective organization of work within the reception and booking area has greatly contributed to the overall development of the establishment.
Can you tell us more about your current role and responsibilities?
Currently, as Sales Manager of Oasis Lodges, my main responsibilities include the monitoring of hotel occupancy, managing group and individual files, developing the portfolio of collaborators (tour operators, travel agencies, etc.) and customer loyalty.
How do you describe your work style and approach?
My approach to work is characterized by team spirit, meticulous attention to detail, unwavering honesty and a keen sense of responsibility. These qualities are the pillars of my professional ethics.
What are your future aspirations?
In the short term, my goal is to fully master the position of sales manager, thus meeting a new challenge. In the long term, I aspire to move into leadership positions, demonstrating my commitment to continued professional growth.
Outside of work, what are your interests?
Outside of the professional world, I particularly like to travel, walk in nature. I sincerely believe that to succeed in the world of work, you have to be able to find a balance between your professional and personal life.

Oasis Lodges, it is a haven of peace, a jewel nestled in the middle of nature. When our guests arrive here, they immediately disconnect from their daily routine. Marrakech, meanwhile, remains my favorite city, imbued with a unique and captivating atmosphere.
