The new menu at the Table des Oliviers

From 1 July, come and discover the new menu of our restaurant La Table des Oliviers. Take a seat in our open-air restaurant and relax while savouring our Chef Khalid’s latest creations. Enjoy light, balanced cuisine inspired by local produce with both French and Moroccan influences. Here, quality leaves nothing to chance: from the precision of the cooking, the selection of seasonal produce and the warm service, everything is meticulously orchestrated.

This year, in fact, the summer menu created by Chef Khalid offers a selection of fresh, gourmet starters, including the delicious plate of grilled sun vegetables marinated in Atlas thyme and fromage blanc, or the crisp vegetable salad on a bed of black tapenade.

The restaurant also showcases local produce with gourmet dishes such as roast chicken supreme with old-fashioned mustard or duck leg confit with Sarlat apples.

For gourmets keen to learn more about Moroccan specialities, don’t miss the tasty tangia marrakchia with soft beef shank or the farandole of fine Moroccan salads.

To round off this tasty experience in style, we suggest the fruit gratin with light sabayon and a scoop of yoghurt ice cream, or the delicious pastilla with orange blossom milk.
